Jean-Paul Ducimetière   -  CEO/President.

                                      As the President of a major Roller Screw Manufacturing Company, Jean-Paul has accumulated over 15 years of 
                                      familiarity with the Rollerscrew. 
                                      His experience has focused on the Design and Production Engineering end of the business. 
                                      His various functions, Technical Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, Assistant to the General Manager, 
                                      then General Manager and to-day President have brought him in close contacts with many Fortune 500-1000 
                                      customers in Europe, the USA and the Far East. 
                                      For some time, Jean-Paul has been convinced that the NAFTA countries will soon be a major market for Rollerscrews. 
        
Pierre C. Lemor            -  Vice-President.

                                      After 30 years of activity in the field of perfecting and adapting Rollerscrews to new applications in
                                      High-Tech industries, Pierre retired in 1997 from a major Roller Screw Manufacturer. 
                                      He then founded a Consulting firm: The Factual Co. 
                                      When traveling for The Factual Co, Pierre met with Jean-Paul Ducimetière.
                                      After several conversations, Jean-Paul and Pierre found a perfect fit between their respectives experiences.
                                      They share a common vision of an ever expanding market for the Rollerscrew.
                                      Hence the founding of American Roller Screw in early 2001: A true third millenium company . . .
